In case the order has not been shipped or if it has been shipped but you have not yet
received it, the full amount of the order will be refunded.
In the case of returns due to withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of
the order, please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return cost of an item will be equal to the shipping cost depending on the item to
be returned, units, and type of delivery (curbside delivery, room delivery, or room
delivery with assembly).
