The legal warranty of our furniture against manufacturing defects includes shipping, material and labor. This warranty excludes from its coverage the damages that could be produced by a bad use of the furniture in question, as well as materials subject to wear and tear by its normal use, in the same way also would be excluded from coverage undue manipulations or incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized installer, when according to the type of delivery this last one proceeds.

It will also be essential to provide images showing the damage or defects claimed. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to enforce the warranty when the problem is not due to a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.
