Within the product sheet, in the "Technical information" section, you can find the product's packaging specifications: number of packages, their measurements and weight, etc. This way you can check if there is any impediment to delivery.
If you need to use pulleys, cranes, special transport, a lifting platform, more than one operator or any other means to deliver the order to your home, you must indicate this in the order comments when you place the order.
If the goods cannot be delivered as a result of the omission of this information at the time the order is placed or, at least, before dispatch begins, the transport costs will be borne by you. In any case, all necessary extras such as special circumstances (pulleys, cranes, operators, special transport, etc.) are not included in the price of the product and must be borne by the customer. For this, once "KENAY®" is notified of the need for special logistics, we will inform you of the extra cost so that you can confirm the order.
